IMM offers both pre and post- pregnancy fitness services. Ever woman is different, every pregnancy is different. We offer fitness classes catered to new-moms/stroller moms. In addition, we offer 1 on 1 Personal Training.
Personal Training may be a Good Option for:
- Moderate/High-risk pregnancies (with medical clearance)
- First pregnancies - teaching body mechanics and regressions during each stage of pregnancy
- Breastfeeding Moms
- Weight Loss Post-Partum
IMM offers a welcoming staff and supportive Personal Trainers that are with you ever step of the way, as you adapt to your new/changing body and all the responsibilities that come with it. More than just another workout class, IMM allows you the flexibility to pair up in small groups of other new-moms just like you!
