Come join us for a new mom's workout. This will be an opportunity for you to connect with other moms, while learning basic body weight strength training exercises. This workout is appropriate and will be modified to all fitness levels.

As a busy mom, getting in shape is almost always on our to-do list; amongst the 500 tasks we juggle. We know how important it is to get in shape & that exercising is good for us, but it can be challenging to get started, stay committed and know exactly what to do to reach our health goals.
At IMM, we believe that it really does take a village to not only raise a child, but to raise a mother. Mom's need exercises just as much as anyone else, maybe even more so! We need a stress relief, we need to feel confident in our new mommy bodies, and we need a village to lean on.
