Consistent participation in this class will create long term results.
Kids are welcome and encouraged to participate in the workout, or provided opportunities to learn social skills in a structured setting.
Showing up 5-10 min early to get kids settled and restroom breaks taken care of is recommended in order to start class on time and get in your full workout.
