CLASS FOCUS: TRX Strength focuses on strength movements that tone and lean your body. TRX is a suspension training tool that is great for all fitness levels (kids and seniors even)! This class will also incorporate body weight and free weight exercises.
IMM Personal Trainers will teach you the basics and progressions of TRX fitness training by progressing you through your workout in a customized fashion.
