Fridays are bootcamp style style classes that incorporate total body movements. Fitness class runs 11:30-12:20 followed by a circular style snack time and group goal coaching session.
The goal coaching session is a time for women to enjoy a post-workout snack along side your kids, and connect with your trainers and other IMM women.

Fitness class 1130-1220 with both directed and undirected play-time for the children. Total body movements with light weights, resistance bands, TRX, spin bikes and more.
1220-1225 BREAK, set up snack time.
1225-1250 Connection: Group Goal Coaching & Snack Time.
1250-1 Clean Up: Kids and moms clean up together.
