Fridays are bootcamp style classes that incorporate total body movements. Fitness class runs 11:30-12:15 followed by a circular style snack time and group goal coaching session.
The goal coaching session is a time for women to enjoy a post-workout snack along side your kids, and connect with your trainers and other IMM women.
Our goal is to build healthy women and healthy community through focused relationship building.
