We offer several exclusive class options that range from beginner, dance to high intensity and strength training. Our classes operate on a monthly published schedule and are expanding to ensure you get the results you want, and your experience remains exclusive..
Mondays -11 AM
Open to all women, we offer a class specifically for you and your littles! This is a great class to come to if you're a working mom, or brand new to exercising.
Tuesdays 10:30 AM *Select Thursdays 11AM
We offer Tuesday morning H.I.I.T. training for an efficient 45 minute fat-burning workout! Classes focused on core, cardio and strength training. Each class is dynamic and new every single time.
Your Personal Trainer will guide you.
Fridays - 1130AM-1 PM Strength & Life Coaching & 1:15-2PM
Every Friday we offer a strength and conditioning class from 1130-1230 followed by a family sit-down for snack time, and group coaching with your certified life coach from 1230-1. Coaching is sandwiched between 11:30AM and 1:15PM classes for all to attend.
Saturdays - 9AM (MOMS ONLY, NO KIDS), 10:30 AM (KIDS WELCOME)
IMM offers Saturday morning conditioning/toning classes. Available by pre-registration only. Select dates.
